We offer many different optical products, such as Spherical Lenses, Cylindrical Lenses, Windows, Beamsplitters, Mirrors, Prisms, Filters, and Optical Thin-Film Coatings. We have one of the largest optical manufacturing centers in the world, with over 4000 optical test plates in stock.

Our optics shop is divided into three destinct segments, prototype, conventional, and High Speed. Our prototype shop is equiped to manufacture optical components in small quantities for use in new product development and small quantity orders. The conventional area is where a large part of the work at our facility takes place. It is designed to be able to handle midsized orders. The high speed shop is where all of the volume optical manufacturing occurs. It uses a dedicated set of spherical mills per line to quickly shape the componets prior to going into polishing.

We use state of the art inspection systems to insure that our products meet with your most demanding specifications. We have recently aquired a Zygo GPI Interferometer and a Perkin Elmer Lambda 19 Spectrophotometer. These were added to our wide array of existing inspection equipment. We are constantly working to improve our inprocess and final inspections so that we can provide the highest quality parts at the lowest prices.
